Laughing At The Beast

 Byte me doughboy,
 Bite me hard.
 Look in the mirror @ yourself
 And stare real hard.
 
 Do you see
 What you want to see?
 Or a complete stranger
 With a resemblence of thee?
 
 I don't know about you,
 But the truth is what I see-
 With little half-lies
 Surrounding it decoratively.
 
 And I laugh back! [natter of factly]
 While you just sit and stare.
 My goodness man,
 What do you see in the open air?
 
 My sadistic laughter
 Cackles with clarity,
 As I laugh at CIRCUMSTANCES
 Which cause an event to be.
 
 You think I laugh
 Because it happened to them,
 Because it happened at all
 Is my laughing theorem.
 
 The formula for success,
 Of happiness at least.
 Life can be a bitch,
 just don't let it STAY a beast.
