Winter Trees

The speaker is describing a tree
getting ready for winter.

It grows, its leaves in the spring and summer
but must get rid of them in fall
before winter comes.

The moon signifies to me night
and in the poem winter.

The tee is personified,
comparring leaves to clothing,
humans taking off clothes
  to go to sleep (winter)
putting them back on
  for the day (S/S/F)
